My Best Friend

My Best Friend

She come and she go,
She disappear, she reappear,
She use the place like an open door,
But I love her.

She love to cuddle, she da boss,
I miss her when she’s gone.
I miss her warm, warm presence.
I miss her soft, soft touch.
She is my favourite.

She go and leave me all alone
To pace the floor, to pace the floor;
Many a time I check the door
Like a dog without a bone.
I pace a groove into the floor,
I feel so lost and so forlorn.

She love to cuddle, she da boss
I miss her when she gone,
I miss her warm, warm presence,My_Best_Friend,_Cougar_on_bed_-2-_2016-01-15_0835
I miss her soft, soft touch.
She is my favourite.

Then she come back with her sweet, sweet smile,
And that grand old twinkle in her eye,
And I’d walk many and many a mile
If only she’d stay for more than a while,
For that is something that money can’t buy.
For that is something that money can’t buy.

She come and she go,
She disappear, she reappear,
She use the place like an open door,
But I love her.

She and she, they’re both the same,
They both have something I can’t even name,
They both fulfill me when they’re with me–
And empty me out when they are gone.
The cat goes out and roams around
While she stays in but her mind’s outbound;
They’re both a Nature’s force with a hold on me.
If only She could be well again!
I’d give the world, it would be no strain
To hold her some more, to quiet her soul…
To give her peace…that    is my goal.

She come, she go,
She disappear, she reappear,
She use the place like an open door,
But I love her.
